Yesterday we dived into the “massage parlour phenomenon” following the arrest of 11 young women in Kitwe last week for engaging in sex trade under the disguise of running a massage parlour. These businesses are unfortunately propping up all over the country, and Lusaka is probably where they are most common. As we stated, these establishments would not thrive if there wasn’t a ready market for that sort of thing.
