IN reacting to the on-going revelation of audit findings into the operations and procurement irregularities at the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA), President Hakainde Hichilema says two things. First he says the ZAMMSA problem is not a new issue; citing cases in past administrations – one under former late president Levy Mwanawasa, who fired a Health permanent secretary called Kashiwa Bulaya, and another involving Henry Kapoko, a former ministry employee.
