WE have read, with great surprise, the reasons advanced by Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa for why fighting corruption is such a difficult task. While we agree that corruption is inherently secretive and complex, that cannot and must not become the fallback excuse for inaction or selective enforcement.
