MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo has closed Salford Private College for operating under unsanitary conditions as well as offering courses which are not licenced by TEVETA. And Nkombo has directed all institutions which have no proper sanitation to close voluntarily before government pounces on them.
