CHIEF Government Spokesperson Chushi Kasanda says government and party spokespersons need to understand their roles and find a way to speak as one. During ZNBC’s Sunday Interview, Kasanda was asked to clarify her role as Chief Government Spokesperson seeing that everyone else in the ruling party seemed to be speaking on behalf of government.
