NICKSON Chilangwa has told the Lusaka High Court that he and Given Lubinda are legally holding their positions as acting secretary general and acting president of PF, respectively. Chilangwa has told the court that the party acted within its powers when it suspended Miles Sampa as a member of the central committee. He further submits that the resignations of former president Edgar Lungu and former PF secretary general Davies Mwila will only take effect at the general conference which is yet to be held.
