ACTING Chief Government Spokesperson Makozo Chikote has insisted that government has not harassed former president Edgar Lungu in any way since he left office. And Chikote has announced that President Hakainde Hichilema has signed SI No. 43 of 2023 which will strengthen the role of Smart Zambia Institute in promoting the adoption and uptake of ICT in all Public bodies.
