PF faction president Miles Sampa says former president Edgar Lungu must apply in order for him to officially “rejoin” the former ruling party. And Mafinga PF MP Robert Chabinga has issued a warning to Lungu and other PF central committee members to stop masquerading as party members as they risk being prosecuted.
