VICE – President Mutale Nalumango has fumed at Lumezi Independent MP Munir Zulu in the National Assembly for suggesting that Barotse Royal Establishment Induna Mwangelwa Akapelwa, who was recently shot dead, was killed by the Linyungandambo Formation. Earlier, Zulu rose on a matter of urgent public importance, questioning why government was quiet on the Induna’s death. He said although government condemned the formation of Umodzi Kum’mawa and Kola Foundation, no life had been lost since their formations. “Madam Speaker, early this year I had mentioned here that the mushrooming of groups calling themselves the Umodzi kum’mawa, members of parliament from the east were on camera condemning the Umodzi Kum’mawa.
