VICE – President Mutale Nalumango has fumed at Lumezi Independent MP Munir Zulu in the National Assembly for suggesting that Barotse Royal Establishment Induna Mwangelwa Akapelwa, who was recently shot dead, was killed by the Linyungandambo Formation. Earlier, Zulu rose on a matter of urgent public importance, questioning why government was quiet on the Induna’s death.
