NGOCC has urged government to facilitate a Constitutional review process through a stand-alone national referendum to ensure inclusion of the expanded bill of rights in the Constitution. The women’s movement says government should also provide a clear roadmap on Constitutional reforms to ensure citizens prepare adequately for the process.
