SOCIALIST Party leader Fred M’membe says political efforts are being made to punish Pambashe PF MP Ronald Chitotela and his colleague Nickson Chilangwa. Addressing the media, Monday, Dr M’membe said the decision to delay the duo’s right to appeal their judgements was deliberate. “Yesterday, I took a trip to Kabwe at Mukobeko Maximum Prison to visit my relative and friend Nickson Chilangwa, Ronald Chitotela and his two brothers who are incarcerated there and also the Council Chairperson for Kawambwa.
