DEC Director General Nason Banda says the commission will not change its strategy of implementing the forfeiture clause and sometimes prosecuting suspects of corruption. Banda says the world is becoming very small for individuals who move their assets to other countries because the Commission will follow up cases in other jurisdictions through mutual legal assistance.
