INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says opposition political parties in African countries are driven by the desire to assume power as opposed to improving their countries. On Monday Chief Justice Mumba Malila said there were many factors which negatively affected development in Africa, among them bad governance, unproductive politicking, wrong policy choices and poor systems of justice administration.
