CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has challenged Constitutional lawyer John Sangwa, State Counsel, to tell Zambian citizens what a good leader looks like. Mweetwa says Sangwa should not insult the collective intellect of citizens who choose leaders. The Choma MP was reacting to a statement by Sangwa, where he remarked that citizens had been electing bad people, who in turn appointed other bad individuals to public offices.
