UNITED Nations Special Rapporteur Irene Khan says her visit to Zambia shows the importance which government places on advancing the right to freedom of opinion. And First Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Malungo Chisangano has urged the Executive to amend, repeal and replace some old pieces of legislation so that necessary freedoms are guaranteed.
