FOREIGN Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Mulambo Haimbe says he was uncomfortable with the US Ambassador to Zambia Michael Gonzales addressing the nation without notifying him. And Haimbe says there’s need for Diplomats to work by the rules, adding that even Zambian Diplomats accredited to other countries follow the rules that have been set internationally.
