ITEZHI-TEZHI UPND MP Twaambo Mutinta has lamented that most contractors being awarded contracts by the central government are working against President Hakainde Hichilema by abandoning projects. In an interview, Mutinta said one contractor awarded a contract to construct an early childhood block in his constituency abandoned the project after being paid 25 percent. “Most of the contractors who are coming into the rural areas who are awarded contracts centrally are disappointing us.
