CIVIL Society Organisations have launched a position paper, in which they indicate that Bill 7 should be rejected as the government process has failed to meet minimum standards of Zambia’s democracy. The joint CSO group consists of Christian Churches Monitoring Group, Alliance for Community Action, Actionaid, JCTR promoting Faith and Justice, Chapter One Foundation, Alliance for Accountability Advocates Zambia, Transparency International Zambia (TIZ) and many more.
