SENIOR Chief Musokotwane says he fears that instead of celebrating the fuel price reduction, opposition political leaders will say it is a hoodwinking act by government. On Monday, the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) reduced the price of petrol to K28 from K31.36 and diesel to K23.13 from K24.12. The ERB also reduced the price of kerosene to K21.98 from K24.74 and Jet-1 to K23.94 from K27.79. In a statement, ERB Board Chairperson James Banda announced the reduction of fuel prices despite increased costs on the international market.
