FIRST Deputy Speaker Attractor Chisangano has suspended Nkana MP Binwell Mpundu for seven days over disorderly conduct, stating that Zambians are also tired of the unruly behaviour. Yesterday, while parliamentary business was ongoing, Mpundu was seen talking in his seat.
