THE National Assembly says there is nothing sinister about Speaker Nelly Mutti’s decision to reserve her ruling on Chawama PF MP Tasila Lungu Mwansa’s absence from the House. The National Assembly says lawyer Jonas Zimba’s criticism of Speaker Mutti’s decision is unwarranted and a sheer public display of ignorance. Zimba was quoted in the media criticising Speaker Mutti.
