EDGAR Lungu never expressed the wish to be buried in South Africa; he clearly wished to be afforded a dignified send-off in Zambia, Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha has told the South African High Court. Kabesha has further submitted that government denied Lungu permission to visit South Africa in September 2023 because he did not provide details of the medical treatment he allegedly had to undergo.
