LIVINGSTONE Mayor Constance Nalishebo Muleabai yesterday developed nausea during trial in the matter in which she is facing corruption charges. This was after tension rose between her lawyer Boniface Chiwala and Lusaka Principal Resident Magistrate Trevor Kasanda over the court’s refusal to expunge the ACC’s Digital Forensic and Translation Reports on grounds that they are hearsay. In this case, Muleabai, 49, of House Number 564, Nakatindi Extension, is charged with two counts of alleged corrupt practices which contravene section 20 (1) as read with section 41 (a) of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 3 of 2012.
