THE Limulunga Town Council has been “scammed” after alleged hackers gained unauthorised access to a bank account and transferred about K2,869,150 to 160 SIM cards. In an interview, Limulunga Council Secretary Namenda Kaonga said the incident happened in July and that the matter was being investigated by the police.
