THE Zambian Governance Foundation (ZGF) has launched the Philanthropy Drive, an initiative aimed at supporting local solutions to local challenges. And governance activist Rueben Lifuka says the culture of giving strengthens the social fabric and reduces dependency. Meanwhile, ZGF Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Engwase Mwale says Zambia is still facing high levels of poverty and unemployment amongst youths.
