PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he played a critical role in the criminal investigation involving former Foreign Affairs Minister Joseph Malanji, who is currently serving a prison sentence for abuse of office. The Head of State says he was personally involved in the mobilisation of witnesses from foreign countries who testified against the convict.
