THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has charged and arrested a UPND Ward Chairperson for obtaining K600 by false pretences. The ACC has also charged and arrested a Livingstone farmer for allegedly trying to corrupt two DEC officers with K1,000 to facilitate the release of a suspect in their custody.
