CITIZENS have confirmed that they are indeed receiving 10 hours of power or more over the last few days, following Minister of Energy Makozo Chikote’s announcement of an increase in power supply. Earlier this week, Chikote said government had increased power supply, with some areas now receiving up to 10 hours of electricity. Chikote said there had been no official communication from government on this increase because it wanted citizens to see the results for themselves.
