DEPUTY Secretary to the Cabinet Dr Oliver Kalabo says it is unacceptable that a segment of public institutions have not fully complied with the directive to constitute integrity committees. Meanwhile, Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Director General Daphne Chabu says as of today, 267 Integrity Committees have been established, with 265 in public sector institutions and only two in private sector institutions. Speaking when he officially opened the Integrity Committee Chief Executive Officers’ Forum, held under the theme “Fostering a Culture of Integrity: Setting the Tone from the Top,” Tuesday, Dr Kalabo said his office would be writing to all institutions that have failed to constitute or operationalise integrity committees, adding that this would be the final step before further decisive action...
