DEPUTY Secretary to the Cabinet Dr Oliver Kalabo says it is unacceptable that a segment of public institutions have not fully complied with the directive to constitute integrity committees. Meanwhile, Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Director General Daphne Chabu says as of today, 267 Integrity Committees have been established, with 265 in public sector institutions and only two in private sector institutions.
