GOVERNMENT says ZCCM-IH will soon commence the construction of access roads at Kikonge Mine in Mufumbwe. In a statement, Thursday, Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development Principal Public Relations Officer Kalani Muchima stated that this was part of government’s broader efforts to formalise artisanal and small-scale mining.
