THE Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) has announced that it will return to the Constitutional Court over government’s continued failure to address constitutional concerns surrounding the appointment of the Auditor General. LAZ president Lungisani Zulu has noted that LAZ initially petitioned the Constitutional Court in March 2025, challenging the appointment of Acting Auditor General Ron Mwambwa.
