NCHANGA North General Hospital in Chingola is among the facilities that are visibly benefiting from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). The hospital now boasts of a police post, solar power and a renovated ward, among other improvements that previously posed challenges to the smooth running of the facility. In an interview with News Diggers, Hospital Head of Clinical Care, Dr Kenneth Banda, who could not hide his joy, commended the government for its support through CDF. “They saw security here as a challenge and they constructed a police post.
