THE Constitutional Court has dismissed a petition by the People’s Pact seeking to stay the implementation of the ECZ’s delimitation exercise, citing lack of merit. The People’s Pact had petitioned the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) and Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha, seeking an order to halt the delimitation exercise scheduled for April this year.
