THE Energy Regulation Board (ERB) has approved 31 licences and 16 construction permits worth K7.3 billion towards enhancing energy service delivery and infrastructure development in Zambia. Meanwhile, in the downstream petroleum subsector, ERB has approved five licences for the transportation of petroleum products, 13 licences for the importation, export and distribution of petroleum products, and one licence for retail operations.
