A GRADE six pupil at Nkhwazi Primary School has dragged the school to the Lusaka High Court for alleged negligence and breach of law following accusations that a swimming teacher demanded a kiss from the minor. The pupil, suing through her father, is seeking exemplary damages amounting to K1,000,000 and aggravated damages amounting to K1,000,000.
