CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says no opposition political party can complain that they have not been allowed to assemble in public because no party has applied to hold a gathering. Mweetwa says President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND have no appetite to stifle the rights of individuals who want to contest in the forthcoming general elections.
