IN the heart of Chiponya Village in Mpika District, hope has finally arrived for residents following the construction of a modern health post under the 2025 Constituency Development Fund (CDF). For years, villagers struggled to access healthcare services, often walking more than 10 kilometres to Mpika Urban Clinic. But today, the newly built facility stands as a symbol of relief, progress and improved access to medical care.
