FORMER Matero PF MP Miles Sampa says he can contest as MP anywhere in Lusaka and win, stating that he is confident that he will scoop the Lima Constituency seat in the August elections. Sampa adds that he has decided to contest under Lima constituency and not Matero because he has brought development to Matero and wants to do the same for Lima constituency.
