A LUSAKA businessman has sued Air Tanzania Company Limited, demanding compensation in the sum of $25,000 after his luggage was briefly lost. Edmond Mubanga Miti also wants reimbursement in the sum of $635.41 spent on purchasing new clothes, shoes and transport throughout the period. In a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court Principal Registry, Miti stated that en route to Kenya aboard the airline, his luggage was left in Dar es Salaam.
