LUANSHYA Municipal Council management says the capacity of local contractors to deliver Constituency Development Fund (CDF) community projects has improved. The council has also noted that projects being undertaken by local contractors are now on target. In a statement, the council said members of the management team and engineers, led by Luanshya Town Clerk Collins Ndilema, embarked on a programme to check on the progress of CDF-financed projects in remote parts of the mining town and some isolated urban areas.
