COPPERBELT Permanent Secretary Lawrence Mwanza has urged public servants to build trust by fighting vices such as graft. Mwanza has also urged public servants to embrace hard work, discipline and accountability, stating that Zambia’s development agenda demands work and more work after work. Speaking when he officiated at the Africa Public Service Day commemoration at Bethel International Church, Monday, Mwanza said the public service must remain focused if Zambia was to become an upper-middle-income country by 2030. “The development of our nation calls for personal responsibility, discipline and a strong work ethic. We must embrace the ethos of work, work and more work after work as a sure way of ushering Zambia into an upper-middle-income country by 2030,” he said....
