POLICE in Luanshya have arrested a 46-year-old man after he was allegedly found destroying UPND Roan aspiring parliamentary candidate Joel Chibuye’s campaign posters during a campaign exercise in Mpatamatu Township. Confirming the incident, Copperbelt Province Police Commissioner Mwala Yuyi said the suspect allegedly destroyed five posters. “Luanshya District Police Headquarters through Mpatamatu Police Station received a report of destroying campaign materials at 17:15 hours. The incident is alleged to have occurred around 16:30 hours at Mpatamatu Secondary School.
