MILLERS Association of Zambia has disclosed that there has been a significant drop in the export of mealie meal, stating that only 1,000 to 2,000 metric tonnes is being exported. The association says the appreciation of the kwacha, the reduced demand from neighboring countries are one of the contributing factors in the reduction of mealie meal exports.
