PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his government will not allow foreigners to mine gold at Kikonge Mine in Mufumbwe, insisting that the mineral resources should primarily benefit Zambians. He has assured residents that he would engage the military to ensure they do not harass local miners operating in the area.
