POLICE have detained a security guard to assist with investigations into the murder and aggravated robbery of Chaminuka Resort Chief Executive Officer Stelios Sardinis. Sardinis, aged 64, died after he was assaulted by unknown assailants who broke into his residence at Chaminuka Lodge in Chisamba District in the early hours of Sunday. Police Spokesperson Godfrey Chilabi said the incident occurred between 01:00 and 01:15 hours after the attackers forced their way into the residence through the main glass door before breaking into the bedroom.
