GARY Nkombo says he will not accept the announcement by the UPND that he has lost the Mazabuka Central parliamentary election, stating that he will wait for official ECZ results. Nkombo adds that Thursday’s election was not free and fair, as it was marred by violence and intimidation of polling agents and observers, which left ballots unmanned, in most instances.
