MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga has revealed that the government is engaging Dangote group of companies about setting up a fertilizer plant in Zambia. And Mulenga says Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia (NCZ) is unable to match the current global trade production, hence government’s decision to seek alternatives in its quest to increase fertiliser production.
