ZAMBIA Revenue Authority (ZRA) Board Chairperson Dr Caleb Fundanga says it’s his dream to see a 100 percent tax compliance in the country. In an interview, Dr Fundanga said the authority had embarked on putting in place various initiatives such as the e-tax to improve compliance. “I’m sure you have noticed [that] one of the things we are trying to do is to use electronic systems for ensuring that compliance can be improved. Sometimes the failure to pay also arises out of the cumbersome processes for paying.
