ZAMBIA Consumer Association (ZACA) Executive Secretary Juba Sakala says the introduction of a fourth mobile network operator next year will bring about competition in the telecommunication industry because consumers will have a broader choice. The Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA) recently disclosed that Beeline Telecom was expected to commence operations on January 31, 2023.
