MINISTER of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu says there is need to see how the country can leverage on financing instruments like CDF to ensure that the aim to plant more trees is back on course.  In his SONA address on Friday last week, President Hakainde Hichilema said government was partnering with the private sector to plant in excess of 2 million trees. “We can no longer turn a blind eye to the effects of deforestation on the climate and our peoples livelihood.
